Compliance with the disinfection byproduct precursors (DBPP) treatment technique is determined quarterly by calculating the running annual average (RAA) of the TOC Removal Ratio. The RAA must be equal to or greater than 1.00. The average TOC Removal Ratio for your waterworks for the past four quarters is 1.41. Therefore, your waterworks is in compliance with the treatment technique for control of disinfection byproducts precursors.
