Residential Trash Pickup
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays
- Container Type: Use sturdy metal, plastic, or rubber containers with tight-fitting lids to prevent litter.
- Weight Limit: Maximum 50 pounds per container.
- Capacity: Do not fill more than two-thirds full.
- Restrictions: No liquids permitted.
Commercial Trash
- Mandatory Private Service: Required for businesses with more than 2 cubic yards of weekly waste and residential properties with more than 6 units.
- Container Standards: Dumpsters must have functioning lids and be secured to prevent waste escape.
- Compliance: Consult Ordinance Sec. 8.08.050 for full commercial standards.
Yard Waste
- Schedule: Mondays & Fridays (please have all waste ready for pickup by 6am)
- Bagged Waste: Place grass, weeds, and cuttings in sturdy bags (disposable bags if possible).
- Leaves: Pile loosely at the curb.
- Branches/Limbs: Keep under 3 inches in diameter and place at the curb.
- Separation: Please keep materials in separate, organized piles.
